I have been so blessed to know this family. Years ago, they reached out and wanted photos with their two Newfoundland dogs, Chewy and Gus. Little did I know, that they are a little bit famous, and these two handsome boys have quite the following on Instagram!

As I have gotten to know them over the years, we found that we definitely are of a similar mind on nutrition, and a host of other things. When she reached out and asked if I would photograph their birth, I just couldn’t say no. Long story short, I got to watch this precious little boy breath his first breaths, and getting to see him again just made my heart so happy!

Family photos have long been my absolute FAVORITE type of sessions to shoot, and this one was no different. To get to document people that I have some history with, and have gotten to watch their family grow over time… It’s just a really special thing. <3
